The Myrtle Villa
| The Myrtle villa is a lovely 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom
home. Featuring your own private screened in pool surrounded by privacy fence. The large master bedroom has a bathroom, sliding to doors to the pool and walk in closets. On the orther side of the living room is the second master with private bathroom. Across the home are two more bedrooms. Both fitted with 2 twin beds and share a private bathroom.
The family room has a large cable television and plenty of seating. Wireless high speed internet service is provided free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed utensils and cookware. Seperate dining area is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and plan for your next day of Floridaa unshine!
Treat your family to a wonderful vacation home. Sleeps 8 - 10 very comfortable.

| The Myrtle villa is situated in the Kissimmee Community of Indian Ridge Oaks which is in the heart of the Disney World vacation area.
Although in a safe, family area and away from the noise of any main roads, the Myrtle Villa is still so very close to the all the vacation hot spots. If you don't want to be stuck in traffic, this home is for you.
You are less then 4 miles from Disney's gates or a short 10 minute drive. This is one of the closest homes to the Disney parks. Your family will enjoy the community tennis courts, playground, community pool, picnic tables, and walking path.
Close to everything but a world apart. A perfect vacation destination.
