| The Bloomsbury villa is can sleep up to 8. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully screened heated pool. Just minutes from Disney, golf courses, restaurants and shopping, this property provides many extras at a reasonable price. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The 2 other bedrooms have 2 twin beds, TV and DVD player. The family area will provide comfort to the large family with a pull out sofa, 2 large sofa chairs and ottoman. The large screen TV, DVD player and surround sound will also be welcomed after your long day. The kitchen has all new appliances that include a full size oven and fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, large capacity range hood microwave and dishwasher. The pool area has a peaceful view of palm trees and a lake. The pool area is surrounded by a lanai, and comfortable lounge furniture. Keep in touch with the Free high speed internet connection. |

| The Bloomsbury villa is located in the much desired Lindfields subdivision. Located just 4.5 miles west of Walt Disney World off of Highway 192, Lindfields remains one of the most popular and sought after subdivisions for holiday makers to central Florida. Featuring wide, easy to navigate roads and large plot sizes, Lindfields has a spacious open feel, and being a 50 / 50 mix of both rental villas and residential properties, it also has a very friendly and neighbourly ambiance. Being just 10 minutes drive from the main entrance to Walt Disney World, yet with the advantage of a secret shortcut to avoid the traffic at busy times of the day. Lindfields is a welcome and peaceful retreat from all the hustle and bustle just a few miles down the road. Another bonus for holiday makers staying in Lindfields villas is that the pool and sun deck sizes tend to be a lot larger than some of the newer properties on other estates. And with a huge selection of smaller attractions, shops, diners and restaurants approximately a mile away, you will easily find something to suit all tastes and pockets, when it comes to eating out or bending the plastic on a shopping spree. For the more sporty, the Orange Lake Country Club, which is a mere ½ mile away from the entrance to Lindfields, provides a challenging and immaculately maintained golf course, and is just one of over a dozen championship courses available to you within a 30 minute radius of the estate. |
