| The Bevan villa is a very nice 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. Featuring your own private screened in pool. This home has a master bedroom, with private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom is fitted with a full size bed and shares an adjoining bath with the third bedroom fitted with two twin beds. The private "teen" suite features bunk beds, sitting area, foosball table, television, vcr w/movies and Nintendo 64 w/games. The living room has a sofa / loveseat / chair, color television, vcr/dvd w/movies and sliding glass doors to the pool area. The fully equipped eat in kitchen has all the needed utensils and cookware. Seperate dining area for a more formal family meal. Why stay in a small hotel room? For the same price stay in a lovely home! Sleeps 8 very comfortable. |
| The Bevan villa is situated in the Kissimmee Community of Indian Ridge Oaks which is in the heart of the Disney World vacation area. Although in a safe, family area and away from the noise of any main roads, the Bevan Villa is still so very close to the all the vacation hot spots. If you don't want to be stuck in traffic, this home is for you. You are less then 4 miles from Disney's gates or a short 10 minute drive. This is one of the closest homes to the Disney parks. Your family will enjoy the community tennis courts, playground, community pool, picnic tables, and walking path. Close to everything but a world apart. A perfect vacation destination. |
